Introducing the two newest members of the team at Metro HQ, our new Wellbeing Coordinators Jack and Maisie.  They will be keeping a close eye on working times and hours and ensuring a schedule of regular breaks and exercise.

The wellbeing benefits of having a pet are well proven and include:

  • increasing your physical activity, dog owners are likely to take their pets for a walk or run every day
  • providing companionship
  • reducing anxiety
  • boosting self-confidence
  • helping you meet new people
  • adding structure to your day

They are settling into their new role quickly and we can’t wait to see how they develop their role further.
